The ‘aircon’ in offices seems is often universally discussed, generating lots of complaints.
We have received these complaints first hand. Lots of them. And we have correlated this against what the ‘aircon’ data says exactly at the time of the complaint. And we have looked in the ceiling a lot to see what the real problem is.
We learnt a lot from this experience. All of which we have pumped back into how to set up the ‘aircon’ so that it works to peoples’ satisfaction. This is subjective, so not everyone is perfectly happy, but you can get to the stage where ‘Maintenance’ visit once or twice a year and are not on speed dial.
