AM Engineering was asked to improve comfort of air conditioning systems and reduce maintenance requests in a 4000m2 office in Covent Garden
Here are graphs showing energy savings of this work.
Tenant requests reduced from more than one per day to less than one per week.
The gas saving was 83%. The electricity saving is currently 34% with a target of 50% with ongoing improvements. This improvement project turned a profit as the energy cost savings will reach £100k pa.
Lifespan of hardware is also improved.
