Graph shows improvement in gas use in a commercial building over 2 years. The building started with average gas use, which was reduced by 80%. This was 5 x less than CIBSE Average gas use for a commercial office and 3 x better than CIBSE Best Practice benchmarks. It is close to average residential gas use.
Improvement of Building Management System, maintenance regime, lighting control system and server cooling generates 34% electricity saving over 18 months.
